Hare Mountain 100
Located in the rugged landscapes of Hagarville, Arkansas, the Hare Mountain 100 is an endurance trail-running race that challenges participants with a grueling 50 and 100-mile course. Slated to kick off on November 1, 2024, the race route traverses a point-to-point 100-mile run along the Ozark Highlands Trail, incorporating two scenic spur loops across the Boston Mountain segment, marked by rocky steep and rugged forest terrain with numerous creek crossings, waterfalls, bluffs, and beautiful sandstone outcrops. In the spirit of community participation and environmental concern, all runners are required to either perform 8 hours of trail work or make a $100 donation to the Ozark Highlands Trail Association. The Hare Mountain 100 is indeed more than a race; it's a testament to resilience, camaraderie, and the enduring spirit of trail running.
